Honor is expected to drop their new flagship smartphone pretty soon, and the device’s TENAA listing shows it off before launch, bezel-less visage and all.
The honor V10 is expected to be announced tomorrow on November 28th, where it will be first launched for the Chinese market. But on December 5th there’s also another launch event which is likely to be the phone’s worldwide debut.
While the phone still isn’t quite official, there’s already quite a lot of info on the device up and about. First off, the device isn’t very far off from the Mate 10 Pro, sporting a Kirin 970 processor, mated to 6GB RAM and 64/128GB internal memory. As for the battery, it’s got a reasonably large 3,650 mAh battery and a 20MP and 16MP dual camera setup out the back. For the selfie snapper, you get a 13-megapixel shooter.
For the screen, it’s a 5.99-inch display with full HD+ with an 18:9 aspect ratio, and a 2160 x 1080 pixel resolution. But the screen isn’t an OLED display and is will just be a regular LCD screen.
Also, it’s interesting to note that despite featuring a “bezel-less” design, the honor V10 isn’t lacking a home button, and since the back doesn’t seem to have a fingerprint sensor, it is likely to be positioned at the front.
Last but not least, the honor V10 is likely to come with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box, like the Mate 10 series of phones.
Either way, we’ll be waiting for that global launch.
