The Huawei Mate 10 Pro pre-orders completely sell out in Malaysia under an hour

If you were hoping to snag yourself one of Huawei’s Mate 10 Pro smartphones, you might be tough out of luck as the device completely sold out during its pre-order sales in less than an hour.

The phones were open for preorder on Huawei’s official e-commerce sites, Vmall and 3ex earlier today, with the sales beginning at 10:00am.

The brand’s latest flagship device is home to a 6.0″ FullHD+ AMOLED display with HDR10 support, built in IP67 dust and water resistance, as well as a top of the line Kirin 970 processor, mated to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. As for the cameras, it comes with a Leica Dual-Camera system which sports a 20MP monochrome and 12MP RGB system with an aperture of f/1.6 and OIS for the primary lens. For the front snapper, its an 8MP f/2.0 selfie shooter.

Last but not least, a huge 4,000mAh battery resides under the hood, and it’s got Huawei’s SuperCharge feature to boot.

The device is officially priced at RM3,099 and if you’re dead set on one of their devices, they’re working on getting in another shipment of phones, which is estimated to arrive on November 18th. The phone itself will officially be available on November 24th, the same day as the iPhone X is expected to launch.

They should be making an announcement on the Huawei Mobile MY Facebook page when the next batch is ready to go.
