Huawei Service Experience Month

Got a Huawei smartphone or tablet that isn’t functioning properly? Huawei Malaysia is kicking off its Huawei Service Experience month where you can check your device and have it repaired for free. This will be running from 15 November until 31 December 2017.

UPDATE: This service campaign also covers honor devices too.

For devices that are out of warranty, Huawei will be offering free repairs which exclude the cost of spare parts. If the fix requires a replacement, you’ll only need to pay for the part without additional service/labour charges. There’s also a delivery service available where Huawei will courier your repaired device to your doorstep.

If you’re not sure what’s wrong with your device, you can also send it in for a free diagnosis and maintenance service. This service promotion is available only at Huawei Authorised service centres. You can locate your nearest outlet as listed below.
