Maxis opens pre-order for the Huawei Mate 10 from RM1,499

The Huawei Mate 10 is now available for pre-order in Malaysia. If you prefer to get it on a contract, Maxis is now offering the Mate 10 flagship device from as low as RM1,499 or RM71/month with its Zerolution program.

Retailing at RM2,699, the Mate 10 that comes in Black and Mocha brown is offered with 24-month contract on MaxisONE Plan 128 and above. It costs RM2,099 on MaxisONE Plan 128, RM1,899 on MaxisONE Plan 158 and RM1,499 on MaxisONE Plan 188.

During signup, you’ll need to pay an advance payment of RM516 (MaxisONE Plan 128), RM636 (MaxisONE Plan 158) or RM756 (MaxisONE Plan 188) which will be rebated back to your account. This advance payment is waived if you’re an existing Maxis subscriber with good payment history for the past 12 months.

For those who don’t want to fork out a lot of cash upfront, the Mate 10 is also available on the Maxis Zerolution program. There’s no upfront payment and it costs RM101/month on MaxisONE 128, RM86/month on MaxisONE 158 and RM71/month on MaxisONE 188. That note that this excludes the postpaid subscription fee and optional Zerolution add-ons.

To swap phones every year, it would cost you an additional RM44/month and you can add-on device protection for another RM23/month. As a pre-order promotion, Huawei is bundling additional freebies worth RM999. This includes a Huawei VIP Box which includes a Selfie Stick and Huawei SuperCharge car charger, a Huawei Smart Scale and a Huawei Mate 10 VIP card which gives you 3-months screen warranty and one-to-one swap coverage for 1 year.

For more info and to pre-order, head on over to Maxis’ Huawei Mate 10 page. The Mate 10 is also available for pre-order without a contract.
