Samsung Galaxy S7 edge can be yours for under RM2,000

If you’re not looking for the latest, the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge can be yours at an even lower price. Originally launched at RM3,099 in early 2016, the Galaxy S7 edge with 32GB of storage is now offered for only RM1,959 with free delivery.

UPDATE: The Galaxy S7 edge is now offered at RM1,899.


In case you’re wondering, these Galaxy S7 edge units are fulfilled by Lazada Malaysia themselves. It comes with 1-year local manufacturer warranty and it has Lazada’s 14-day easy return policy. There are 5 colour options available – Black, Gold, Blue, Pink and Silver.

Despite being over a year old, the Galaxy S7 edge still has respectable hardware even for 2017. It packs a 5.5″ Quad HD Super AMOLED display and it runs on an Exynos 8890 Octa-Core processor. There’s 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which is expandable via microSD.

For shooting pictures, it gets a highly capable 12MP f/1.7 dual pixel camera with OIS while the front comes with a 5MP f/1.7 selfie shooter. Powering the Galaxy S7 edge is a 3,600mAh battery which is larger than its 2017 flagships. It also supports both wireless and fast charging via microUSB.

On top of that, the Galaxy S7 edge is also IP68 dust/water resistant, supports Samsung Pay and it even has a fingerprint sensor located on the front. In terms of software, the Galaxy S7 edge is currently on Android 7.0 Nougat.
