Xpax refreshes its prepaid plans with free music and video streaming data

Xpax is adding more value to its simplified #NoKelentong prepaid offering with its newly revamped data plans. Not only it offers one of the biggest quota for money, Xpax is now throwing in additional free “Walla” data for all your video and streaming needs.

On top of the current RM30 for 5GB and RM50 for 10GB high-speed data option, Xpax is adding a bigger RM79/month data plan that comes with a whopping 15GB of data. For stretch your data usage further, Xpax is offering free unlimited Music Walla streaming for the RM50 monthly plan while the new RM79/month plan gets unlimited Music Walla streaming plus additional 15GB of data for Video Walla.

For short term data users, Xpax has also added a bigger 2GB daily data plan at RM5/day. For weekly plans, they have also added a 500MB option at RM6 and a bigger 5GB plan at RM19.

Xpax Music Walla currently covers music streaming via JOOX, Raku, KKBOX, Hungama Music and more than 30 local radio station. At the moment, it still doesn’t cover Spotify and Apple Music but we are told that Celcom is still trying to add those two popular platforms in the future. For Video Walla streaming, it covers YouTube, iFlix, Netflix, Tonton, Astro on the Go, dimsum, HeroTalkies, MOX, MetroTV and Daily Motion.

During the announcement, it was also mentioned that Yonder Music access is now open to all Celcom and Xpax customers including those without an active data plan. Yonder Music usage is also zero rated on their network so you can stream without using a single byte from your data plan. As usual, all Xpax #NoKelentong prepaid users will also get 10GB of high-speed Facebook data each month for all your social needs.

For those aged 25 and below, you can get 50% more high-speed quota with their KAWKAW Data Squad Promo. On the highest RM79/month plan, this gives you 22.5GB of high-speed data and 15GB of Video Walla.

If need more add-ons, Xpax gives you unlimited calls, Late Night Internet, and even Facebook Walla (For Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and WeChat usage) from as low as RM1/day with 1GB quota. The weekly add-on costs RM7/week with 10GB of quota and monthly costs RM20 with 15GB of quota.
