Apple launches the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus in red

Apple adds yet another device to its Product (RED) lineup and this time it’s the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus Product (RED) Special Edition.

This new iPhone comes in a stunning red finish on its aluminium body which is the first iPhone to join the Product (RED) lineup. In the past, we’ve seen iPods, Apple Watch bands and iPhone cases but not the iPhone itself. This time, Apple’s changing that.

Here’s how much it will cost:

iPhone 7 Product (RED) Special Edition — 128GB — RM3,699
iPhone 7 Product (RED) Special Edition — 256GB — RM4,199
iPhone 7 Plus Product (RED) Special Edition — 128GB — RM4,299
iPhone 7 Plus Product (RED) Special Edition — 256GB — RM4,799

Much like the Jet Black iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, this red special edition iPhone will only be available in 128GB and 256GB storage options, hence the price. Apple will start taking orders for the red iPhone 7 and 7 Plus starting March 24th, 2017 (Friday) at 11.01 pm.

As with all Product (RED) devices, every purchase will contribute directly to the global fund to fight AIDS, making the red iPhone 7 Apple’s biggest Product (RED) offering to date.

If you’re not interested in the new red colour, you can still pick up the regular iPhone 7 and 7 Plus 128GB and 256GB for RM500 off.
