In the spirit of the Chinese New Year, local ride-hailing service Grab will now deliver Yee Sang straight to you via GrabCar.
For RM28.88, Grab will deliver Yee Sang via the GrabYeeSang option in the Grab app. This promotion will be valid from the 24th to 26th of January 2017 in the Klang Valley and from the 30th to 31st of January 2017 in Penang, Melaka, Johor Bahru and Kota Kinabalu. However, it’s limited to the first 500 bookings in the Klang Valley and the first 50 bookings in the other cities daily from 11am to 4pm via debit/credit payment only.
To book one, simply select the GrabYeeSang icon, key in the same pick-up and drop-off point, select debit/credit payment and hit book. What’s more, the first 100 in the Klang Valley and first 50 in the other cities to successfully book GrabYeeSang will also receive a limited-edition Grab Ang Pao packet that comes with a gift from Grab.
The Yee Sang is pork-free and is provided by Ippudo (in the Klang Valley) and Sushi Zanmai (in the other cities). Grab adds that to ensure freshness of the Yee Sang, in the Klang Valley area, GrabYeeSang is only available in KL City Centre, KL Sentral/Bangsar/Mid Valley, Bandar Utama/Damansara Uptown/Mutiara Damansara and Pusat Bandar Damansara.
