OnePlus 3 Malaysian shipment delayed

The OnePlus 3 was supposed to go on sale in Malaysia yesterday but their shipment was delayed due to Typhoon Nida. This not only affects the retail availability but also deliveries for Lazada pre-orders as well.

According to distributor Brightstar, the OnePlus 3 is now expected to arrive at Malaysian retail stores on 11th August. For those who pre-ordered online, Lazada should be contacting you on the revised delivery dates.

To recap, the OnePlus 3 is officially priced at RM1,888 in Malaysia and it is available in both graphite and soft gold colours. In terms of specs, it rocks a top of the line Snapdragon 820 processor, 6GB of RAM and a generous serving of 64GB on-board storage. For imaging, it sports a 16MP main camera with OIS and EIS while the front gets a 8MP selfie shooter. Powering the device is a 3,000mAh battery which charges up quickly via USB Type-C with Dash Charge technology.

If you’re planning to get one, you can visit their dealers listed here starting this Thursday. That’s assuming there are no further delays.
