China’s TENAA has just released a video of the Gionee E8/S8, not long after it got certification to be used by the regulatory agency.
The specs for the 6 inch device include a 1440 x 2560 AMOLED display, octa-core MediaTek MT6795 2GHz CPU mated to 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The Elife E8/S8 will also have a 23.7 megapixel primary camera that can capture images up to a maddening simulated 100 megapixels resolution with an 8 megapixel selfie snapper up front. A 3250mAh battery keeps the lights on, and Android 5.0 is pre-installed with the Amigo 3.0 UI running on top. The phone reputedly is extremely thin and the video does show just how skinny it really is.
Check out the video after the break.
