If you own an ASUS Zenfone 5 you’re out of luck, the Lollipop update for the phone has been pushed back even further.
ASUS India has confirmed via their Facebook page that the update will be out within three to four months. The Padfone S’s transition to Lollipop was also delayed alongside the Zenfone 5 but its unclear if it will be affected by the latest delay. It’s speculated reason why the update has yet to roll out is the Indian carriers having to sign off on the release as well and that the delay might also be affecting the Zenfone 4 and Zenfone 6 as well.
