Upcoming ZTE Nubia Z9 specs revealed

Not too long ago we spotted ZTE’s Nubia Z9 leaked in the promotional photoshoot image above.

We didn’t get to see it at MWC 2015 as originally predicted,  but now we have some specs of the upcoming Nubia flagship smartphone from an AnTuTu benchmark pass of a device codenamed NX510J that’s believed to be the Nubia Z9.

According to the specifications listed; the Z9 will have a 5.2-inch display with a 1080 x 1920 resolution with a pixel density of 424 ppi, an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor mated to 3GB RAM.  It will also have a 16 megapixel rear camera as well as an 8 megapixel front selfie snapper while running on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.

Of course the outlines specs could very well be the Nubia N9 mini or Z9 Max, if ZTE is continuing with their current strategy in releasing three flagship devices per cycle.

The previous Nubia Z7 had a 5.5 inch display size so unless ZTE has decided to go against having bigger screens, the specs attached to this device might actually end up pointing towards the Z9 mini but at the moment nobody really knows for certain for now.
