Redmi Note 4G now available with First by Celcom plans

Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 4G is now available with contract bundling on Celcom’s new First Postpaid plans which self optimises your bundled minutes or data according to usage. Priced outright at RM589, the Redmi Note 4G is offered from as low as RM88 on contract with 24 months duration.

The full bundled pricing are as follows:

Celcom First (RM85/month) – RM288
Celcom First + MAX UP ALL (RM135/month) – RM88

By default, Celcom First gives you 2GB of data, 2GB WiFi, 100 minutes of calls and 100 SMS per month. Depending on your usage, the Optimiser feature would either double up your data to 4GB or increase your voice/SMS to 150 minutes + 150 SMS extra. For the MAX UP ALL option, this is a RM50/month booster add-on where you’ll get extra 1GB of data, 1GB of WiFi, 250 minutes of calls and 250 SMS.

During sign up, you’ll need to pay an advance payment of RM350 (Celcom First) or RM550 (Celcom First + MAX UP ALL), which will be rebated back to your month usage across 10 months.

To recap the Redmi Note 4G specs, it features a large 5.5″ HD 720p display and runs a 1.6GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with 2GB of RAM. There’s 8GB of storage with an expandable microSD slot supporting 64GB cards, 13MP main camera and a front facing 5MP shooter. Juicing up the device is a 3,100mAh battery and it runs on Android 4.4 with its MIUI.
