It looks like Huawei is close to launching a new smartphone and if the specs revealed in a type approval submission made in China are true, the new Honor is going to be a high-end device.
Dubbed the Honor 6X, the device a 5.5-inch display with a chassis that’s purported to an aluminium frame, a 1.8 GHz octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, and 32GB ROM as well as a microSD card slot.
Beyond this, the spec-sheet submitted to the Chinese authorities also suggests that the Honor 6X will feature a dual camera with dual LED flash setup. Details are still scarce on how Huawei is going to optimise this dual camera setup but it would seem that we won’t have to wait long to find out because the Honor 6X is expected to be announced by the end of the year.
