ASUS teases its smart watch again with craftsmanship details

A new ASUS Smart Watch will be announced next week in Berlin and they have posted yet another teaser which outlines the materials and design details of its new smart wearable.

From the sketches, the new smart watch looks like a well crafted device with polished materials for the front with some sand blasting process for its back. The strap is pointed out to be using genuine leather which gives it a more classy look. If the illustration above is accurate, the new smart watch could be having a curved display like the current Gear Fit.

In terms of operating system, ASUS is expected to run Android Wear, which is the same platform used on the current LG G Watch, Moto 360 and Samsung Gear Live. Word has it that ASUS will be making their smart watch more competitive in pricing and it could be sold as low as US$99. We’ll find out more when it gets announced officially next week.
