Apart from the Redmi 1S, Celcom is offering the Acer Liquid Z4 for free. The Liquid Z4 is an entry level device with a 4″ (800×480) display and a dual-core 1.3GHz processor with 512MB of RAM. It supports dual-SIMs, has 4GB of storage and a 5MP camera with LED flash. Out of the box, it runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
Priced outright at RM349, the device is free with 24 months contract of Celcom First Data Lite + Voice which consists of 1.5GB of data and voice calls/SMS are charged separately. During sign up, there’s also a RM450 upfront payment required which will be rebated back to your monthly bills.
