Xiaomi’s upcoming smart phone rumoured to be the Mi 4 appears once again. Similar to its earlier leaked image, the new device has thinner bezels and it retains the 3 capacitive buttons at the bottom.
According to the source, the picture of front panel was taken at one of Xiaomi’s contracted manufacturers in China. In terms of specs, early speculations suggest a Full HD display and runs on a faster 2.5GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB of RAM to stay on par with today’s flagship smart phones.
The rear camera is said to be a 13MP unit but with a bigger aperture at f/1.8 while the front camera is being bumped up to 8MP. Another speculation suggests that a Mi 3S model will be announced first which is an updated version of their current Mi 3 smart phone with better specs.
At the moment, the current 3 Xiaomi smart phone models are lacking 4G LTE support. With rising demand for faster connectivity, the new models come with 4G LTE support as standard.
