LG G3 Malaysia

The LG G3 can be yours in Malaysia right now thanks to grey importer DirectD. As a bundled package with 2 batteries and a desktop charger, the LG G3 is offered at RM2,699. It is a premium to pay but you do get a sense of exclusivity being one of the few in Malaysia to own this flagship smart phone with a Quad HD display.

At the moment only white colour is available. To recap on the specs, the G3 has a 5.5″ IPS display that does a Quad HD resolution of 2560×1440 which pushes a pixel density of 538ppi. Powering the device is the top of the line 2.5GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage. The main camera is a 13MP unit with Optical Image Stabiliser. For quicker focus, the camera is assisted with a unique LaserAF.

Apart of having top specs, the build quality has been improved with a brushed metal feel back and the overall dimensions are more compact with thinner bezels and lacking of capacitive buttons the front. You can check out more details of the LG G3 in our announcement post. To find out how it compares with other flagship devices, you can check out our updated list here.

Earlier it was mentioned that the LG will be offering it in Malaysia but now it appears that it is not happening at all. So if you can’t wait for LG Malaysia to make an announcement, which likely they won’t, you can order yours from DirectD right now. Just take note that these are AP set units and warranties are handled by them instead of LG Malaysia.
