The Samsung Galaxy S5 comes with a 2,800mAh battery as standard. If that’s not enough, here comes Zero Lemon its mammoth sized 7,500mAh capacity battery for the Galaxy S5. That’s nearly 3X the capacity of the original battery.
This isn’t the biggest battery coming from Zero Lemon. Last year they had introduced a 10,000mAh extended battery for the Galaxy Note 3 which comes with a rugged case.
With the added capacity, the standard back cover would not fit and they have included a TriCell TPU case which is designed to withstand hard drops & heavy shock. Despite its extra bulk, the case and battery still allows NFC connectivity. However take note that you’ll lose IP67 water resistance as the case isn’t as tight fitting with rubber gaskets like the original perforated back cover. Zero Lemon claims to be 100% defect free, hence the name and is covered by a 180 days guarantee. It is available on Amazon for $49.99.
