Maxis opens its pre-order for the Samsung Galaxy S5

The newly launched Samsung Galaxy S5 is now available for pre-orders on Maxis with contract pricing from as low as RM1,399. The Galaxy S5 with 16GB storage capacity is priced outright at RM2,399 with a choice of Charcoal Black and Shimmery White colour. On Maxis, they are giving the option of 3 SurfMore plans and 3 TalkMore plans to suit your usage needs

During sign up, there’s an upfront advance payment between RM100 to RM600 required depending on contract duration and type of plan.

For Maxis One Club customers, they are giving extra RM10/month rebate for 12 months if you sign up with their TalkMore78 + 3GB of data. Apart from the total RM120 additional savings, Maxis will also waive the Advance Payment. The Maxis One Club offer is only valid from 11th April until 31st May 2014.

The only bummer is that pre-orders are only open for new number subscribers only. Existing Maxis subscribers that wish to order with their current mobile number would need to wait until 3rd of April.
