Teasers point at 28 October as possible Android KitKat & Nexus 5 release date

After several leaks of the upcoming Nexus 5 device, KitKat has been dropping hints on a possible launch date of the latest Android OS release along with its latest smart phone. Earlier KitKat tweeted “Everybody dance now” followed by another tweet showing “This is it”.

The first clue hints is linked to the original band of the song The 28th Street crew while the 2nd clue “This is it” which is a Michael Jackson documentary film was released on 28th of October. Somehow all these points to the speculated 28th October date but who knows it might just be another promotional event by KitKat.

With the abundance of leaks, the Nexus 5 is expected to come with a 5″ Full HD display, a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM and a 8MP camera. In terms of design, it retains a rather identical shape as the Nexus 4 while the back looks like a mini Nexus 7 tablet.
