Alleged specs of Galaxy Note 3 gets leaked with 2 variants

More details of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 3 have surfaced and this time its alleged hardware specs have been revealed with 2 variants to be made available. Similar to the Galaxy S4, the Galaxy Note 3 is said to be running in 2 processor models – a 1.8GHz Exynos Octa-Core processor without 4G LTE (SM-N900) and a likely Snapdragon 800 version with 4G LTE (SM-9005).

Other details revealed include a marginally bigger 5.68″ Full HD Super AMOLED display that does 1920×1080 pixels resolution, 3GB of RAM, a 13MP camera with Optical Image Stabiliser and a 3,200mAh battery. As comparison, the current Galaxy Note II comes with a 5.5″ HD AMOLED Display (1280×720), a 8MP main shooter and a 3,100mAh battery.

Storage capacity wise, the Note 3 will be available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions but the 32GB option is said to be the main focus in most markets. There’s no mention of a S-Pen stylus but it should be included like any other Note products.

It is still too early to speculate but if the specs are true, we are leaning towards the Qualcomm 4G LTE variant over the Exynos version due to its significant battery life difference in the current Galaxy S4. All shall be revealed on 4th September which isn’t too far away.
