The Samsung Galaxy Mega is one of the biggest Galaxy to date with 5.8″ and 6.3″ variants being offered. With these new sizes, Samsung is blurring the line between smart phone and tablets. At the moment, the Galaxy Note range is a smart phone that tries to be a tablet while the Tab 7.0 and the latest Note 8.0 are tablets with phone capabilities.

Three UK has released a hands-on video of the Galaxy Mega that comes with a 6.3″ screen. To recap on the spec, the Mega 6.3 runs on dual-core 1.7GHz Qualcomm Krait processor with 1.5GB of RAM and a choice of 8GB and 16GB storage. The screen is a massive 6.3″ TFT which is the biggest smart phone or pocket-able phablet that does 1280×720 pixels resolution. Juicing up the Mega 6.3 is a 3,200mAh battery which is rather huge and it is 100mAh more than the Note II. The Galaxy Mega also comes with LTE variant as well so hopefully this would be available when it comeshere.

So far there’s no word on Galaxy Mega 6.3 availability in Malaysia but it is expected to be priced a notch below the Galaxy S4.

Does it fit in a pocket? Watch the video after the break.
