Celcom starts ROI for Samsung Galaxy Note II

Celcom now has quietly started its Registration of Interest for the Samsung Galaxy Note II. So far there isn’t any details on its plan offerings but those that pre-register will be among the first to know.

Early today, DiGi has started offering online pre-orders from as low as RM1,399 on contract. Meanwhile Maxis too will be bundling the Note II and are expected to reveal their offering soon.
