Samsung Galaxy S II now RM1499, S Advanced at RM1099

If you’re not into the latest models, we’re seeing another RM200 price slash for its Galaxy S II and Galaxy S Advance. Now the Samsung Galaxy S II can be yours at RM1,499 while the S Advanced at only RM1,099.

The Galaxy S II is still a pretty good buy with its 4.3″ Super AMOLED Plus display and 1.2GHz dual-core processor (albeit running on TI OMAP4430 variety). The Galaxy S Advance runs on a lower dual-core 1.0GHz processor, 4.0″ Super AMOLED display with generous serving of 768MB RAM.

At the moment, we’re getting heaps of confirmation that both Galaxy S II (9100 & 9100G) are being upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. So far no news on ICS available for the Galaxy S Advance.
