Unboxed: Samsung Galaxy S III

We’ve have a Samsung Galaxy S III for review courtesy of Samsung Malaysia. As usual, we have unboxed the device giving you a peek into what’s inside.

The unit which we have is the 16GB version which is expected to be available commercially by 31st of May. The 32GB version is said to be coming to Malaysia later on though no dates were given. The highest capacity 64GB model is still being considered but is subject to market reception.

In terms of colour, we have the Marble White version which looks glossy but without being a fingerprint magnet, and that’s a good thing. However if given a choice, we prefer the Pebble Blue version as it looks more premium with its brushed aluminium appearance.

To recap on the specs, the Galaxy S III comes with a 1.4GHz quad core Exynos 4 processor, 1GB of RAM and has a 4.8″ HD Super AMOLED. It has a 8MP camera what’s capable of shooting 20 photos in burst mode and able to record HD videos at 1080p

Stay tune as we will be having a hands-on first impression next.
