BlackBerry Bold 9790 photo leaked with different button design

While the flagship BlackBerry Bold 9900 is getting the limelight, the older Bold 97XX series is getting a refreshed as well. Above is a clear shot of the upcoming BlackBerry Bold 9790 which is said to be having Bold 9900’s hardware such as a 1.2GHz processor, a touch screen, 5MP camera, NFC and 8GB of storage.

Last month, RIM themselves have announced the existence of such model in their development blog. From the pic above, there’s a slight difference with the main buttons and it appears to be individually raised like the ones seen on the Torch 9860.

No launch dates have been officially announced but rumour suggests that it will be officially revealed sometime this month. The Bold 9790 might be the next Blackberry for those that prefer the existing Bold 9780 size and design.
