The new BlackBerry Bold 9900 is the first Bold from RIM to feature a touchscreen. But more than that, the new Bold also comes with the latest BlackBerry 7 OS, a single-core Snapdragon processor 1.2Ghz with 768MB or RAM, 8GB of on-board memory (expandable to 32GB with MicroSD) and a 2.8-inch screen pushing out 640×480 resolution not to mention a 5MP camera with 720p video recording capability. This makes the 9900 the most powerful Bold to come out of the Canadian company.
How does all these enhancements translate to the real world? Many that have been lucky enough to get a hands-on of the device say that the 9900 is very fast and responsive. The “Liquid Graphics” responsiveness claimed by RIM is something one would notice right away with the 9900.
