Celcom Roaming call home promo with Golf giveaway

If you’re a Celcom Exec or Celcom Biz customer who is away from home this festive season, here’s a contest just for you. They are giving away a VW Golf TSI 1.4 and BlackBerry Torch for lucky subscribers that make bulk number of calls back to Malaysia from selected telcos under the AXIATA Umbrella. This includes Singapore (M1), Sri Lanka (Dialog), Indonesia (XL), Bangladesh (Robi) and Cambodia (Hello).

To be in the running to win the VW Golf car, just make 20 calls home to Malaysia from 18th January till 12th April. If you’re selected, you would be asked to answer 2 questions related to Celcom. For the BlackBerry Torch, just make 10 calls to be in the running and they are giving out 10 units each month.

Since the contest counts by number of calls instead of duration or amount spent, the cheapest entry would be making 20 calls of 30 seconds each. From the rates above, Indonesia and Bangladesh has the cheapest rate while Cambodia is the most expensive to call home. There’s only 1 chance per subscriber which means a single entry for the VW Golf draw and for the monthly BlackBerry Torch.
