Yes adds Statement of Account into Self Care

About a week ago, Yes had started offering its customers some usage info on Self Care which displays how much data, calls and SMS you’ve made so far. Now they’ve added a new feature called Statement of Account which should rightfully show you itemised details of your usage. Unfortunately at time of posting, it doesn’t show anything for our account. Most probably we might need to wait for our billing cycle in order for the statement to be generated.

At least now the question of how much we’ve used and what we used it for is more or less addressed. However there are other questions unanswered such as:

  • When is my billing cycle?
  • When exactly during my usage do I earn rebates?
  • When exactly do I need to use up a minimum RM30 per month?

Hopefully these questions are answered after we get our first statement.
