LG Optimus 2X videos: dual-core PWNDs everything

The LG Optimus 2X is a new breed of smart phone featuring an all-new dual-core mobile processor that’s faster than the current crop of single-core chips that we get today — specifically, the one in the LG Optimus 2X is the Nvidia Tegra 2 1Ghz.

But how much better are dual-core chips compared to its single-core counterparts? We found these two videos on the net pitting the LG Optimus 2X against the Samsung Galaxy S and the iPhone 4.

In one test, the LG Optimus 2X graphics processing performance is compared with the Samsung Galaxy S, which by its own right is no graphics slouch either.

In another video, the browser performance of the LG Optimus 2X is put to the test, this time with the iPhone 4 and the Samsung Galaxy S.
