What is HTC launching September 15?

A couple of days ago, HTC sent a media teaser invite out for a launch event in London. As you can see in the picture above, there’s really not much detail about what’s going to be launched come September 15, apart from its going to be another smartphone (obviously).

But the invite did drop a clue as to how the smartphone would look like, and based on the many HTC prototypes and leaks that we’ve seen, it looks too much like the HTC Ace (aka Desire HD) that will be running Android.

Many other sites are not discounting the fact that the September 15 launch might be for a Windows Phone 7 device, that’s been enjoying it spade of leaks recently — the HTC Schubert.

Taking into consideration that Windows Phone 7 — the OS — launch is slated for sometime in October, we won’t be holding our breaths on a HTC Window Phone 7 powered device to make an appearance this early. But we’ll keep our eyes peeled on the latest developements. So keep it locked on to SoyaCincau.com for the latest in mobile news in Malaysia and all over the world!
