Ok, this is really hawt! Blackberry OS 6 promo video

Blackberry has officially released a promo video of its latest OS – the Blackberry 6 – at WES 2010. And man, is it really something. A thumping soundtrack by Black Eyed Peas and awesome visuals makes this one of the sexiest OS demo videos we have ever seen.

But it doesn’t change the fact that it looks very much like the iPhone OS.

Having said that, we can see that the Blackberry 6 shows tremendous potential and is heading in the right direction. We’ve mentioned before that RIM is trying to get the attention of the more social media friendly crowd with its new line of devices, and the new Blackberry 6 will be a key component of all this.

The Blackberry 6 marks a massive shift in how RIM want to play the smartphone game. We’re really interested to find out what will they bring to the table.
