JomCharge and DBKL continue to deploy more street-level EV chargers in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. The latest deployment adds a total of 3 bays which include 2x DC charge points.
As part of its opening promo, JomCharge and DBKL offer 50% off for a limited time.
The new EV charging location at Kuchai Lama Chin Woo Men Restaurant offers 2x 50kW DC and one 11kW AC Charge Point. Like other JomCharge x DBKL locations, the DC charger is priced at RM1.40 per kWh while the AC charge point is priced at RM1.10 per kWh.
Despite having a slanted parking charging bay, JomCharge has equipped the DC charger with longer 7m cables. This makes it possible to charge your EV if the port is at the back of the vehicle.
Parking fees are not required when you’re charging at this location.
To celebrate the opening of this new EV charging location, JomCharge is offering 50% off from 20th to 23rd March 2026. During the promo, DC charging would only cost you RM0.70 per kWh while the AC charge point costs RM0.55 per kWh.
As usual, do remember to move your vehicle once you’re done charging. if you’re not charging, you’re hogging.
