ChargeSini and Meta Bright Group have deployed a DC charger at Sunway 163 Mall in Mont Kiara.

This is the first DC Charger at the mall and there are now a total of 8 EV charge points at the location.

The Charge Point Operator (CPO) has deployed an DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles that can deliver up to 80kW.

The 80kW DC Charger at Sunway 163 Mall occupies parking bay 19, 20 and 21 at LG2, and is priced at RM1.49 per kWh.

To activate and pay for charging, you’ll need to use the ChargeSini app.

To mitigate hogging, ChargeSini imposes a High Occupancy Fee of RM1.00 for every 5 minutes. This fee is imposed if you do not move your vehicle within 30 minutes after charging is completed, and when the EV charging location has hit 51% capacity.

Besides the DC Charger, there are other AC charge points in the mall located at LG2. This includes JomCharge’s 3x 11kW charge points priced at RM1.05 per kWh and Shell Recharge’s 3x 11kW AC charge points priced at RM1.10 per kWh.

As always, if you’re not charging, you’re hogging. Move your vehicle once charging is completed so that others can charge.
