The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro are now available for pre-order in Malaysia. U Mobile is among the authorised telcos that offer the latest iPhone models on contract and you can get it with either a normal U SaveMore contract bundle or with the U PayLater instalment programme that offers 0% interest. As part of its pre-order deal, U Mobile is also throwing in extra freebies as well.
U Mobile offers iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro with U Postpaid 98
If you want to get the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro series from U Mobile, the device will be tied to their top-of-the-line U Postpaid 98 plan with a 24-month contract period. Priced at RM98/month, the plan offers a whopping 1,000GB of 5G and 4G data with hotspot usage, as well as unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia. On top of that, the plan also offers free incoming calls and 15GB of monthly global roaming in 63 countries.
Take note that there’s an advance payment of RM720 required for U SaveMore normal device contract. This amount will be rebated back to your monthly bill. However, if you’re an existing U Mobile customer who meets the eligibility criteria, the upfront payment will be waived.
If you wish to sign up for the U PayLater instalment device contract, this option is only offered to existing Postpaid U Mobile customers, subject to eligibility. The FAQ states that eligible customers are required to pay an advance payment upon the registration of U PayLater, depending on the phone model purchased.
U Mobile offers free AirPods or AirTags for iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro pre-order
To sweeten the deal, U Mobile is offering the AirPods (2nd gen) when you pre-order the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, or an AirTag when you pre-order the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus on contract. This offer is available only during the pre-order period and while stocks last. According to the FAQ, the pre-order is running from 22nd to 28th September 2023. Pre-order customers will receive an SMS notification about the delivery from 29th September and you’ll receive the freebies together with your new iPhone within 14 days from 29th September onwards.
