U Mobile will be performing scheduled system upgrades and maintenance exercise during the month of July and August. In preparation for this exercise, U Mobile would like to give its customers an early heads up on a potential interruption of its service.
According to U Mobile, customers may face interruptions during the following period:
18th July 2017 (12.00am – 6.00am)
3rd August 2017 (12.00am – 6.00am)
8th August 2017 (12.00am – 6.30am)
9th August 2017 (12.00am – 6.30am)
Since the upgrading works are taking place for 4 days during off-peak hours, there shouldn’t be much impact for most customers. U Mobile apologises for any inconveniences caused and they are committed to ensuring that the scheduled works are completed with minimal interruptions. U Mobile aims to have full restoration of service by 10th August 2017.
