If you are an endurance athlete or just someone looking for a lightweight running watch with serious battery stamina, the Coros Pace 4 Pro has officially made its debut in Malaysia.
The new wearable brings a substantially larger AMOLED display, a sturdier titanium build and upgraded processing power over the standard Coros Pace 4.
Coros Pace 4 Pro Malaysia price and availability
The Coros Pace 4 Pro is officially priced at RM1,999 in Malaysia.
The watch is now available through the official Coros Malaysia Shopee store and selected authorised retail partners nationwide like TikTok Shop, Pangu Running Stores and Lazada.
You can choose between two classic colour options: black and white.
Coros Pace 4 Pro Malaysia specs and features
Right off the bat, the most noticeable upgrade sits on the front. Coros has fitted the Pace 4 Pro with a 1.47-inch AMOLED touchscreen with 466 x 466 pixel resolution protected by scratch-resistant sapphire glass.
It can also reach up to 3500 nits of peak brightness, meaning glancing down at your splits under the midday Malaysian sun will not be a struggle.
Despite packing a bigger display, the casing remains relatively trim at 11.8mm thick and weighs just 43g when paired with the default nylon strap.
Coros has also given the watch a durability bump by wrapping the glass with a titanium bezel, giving it extra protection against accidental bumps and scrapes on the road.
According to Coros, the Pace 4 Pro gets double the RAM of the standard Pace 4, making map rendering visibly more responsive. You also get full on-wrist navigation featuring points of interest, street names, trail names and turn-by-turn alerts.
Another practical hardware addition is the built-in microphone and speaker. Rather than handling standard phone calls, Coros has tailored this hardware for a feature called Voice Pins.
If you want to record how your legs are feeling on an incline or leave a mental note about a new trail route, you can record quick voice snippets on the fly. These audio notes automatically tag your precise GPS coordinates and sync right into your workout log inside the Coros app.
Battery-wise, Pace 4 Pro is designed to offer about 50 per cent more endurance than the Pace 4. You also get up to 60 hours of continuous GPS tracking, which only drops to 45 hours if you keep the Always On Display running.
For standard daily smartwatch duties, Coros rates it for up to 21 days between charges or around 7 days with the Always On Display active.
For everyday wellness, the Pace 4 Pro packs sensors for heart rate, altitude, ambient temperature, blood oxygen saturation and an onboard ECG sensor capable of measuring heart rate variability.
It also keeps tabs on your sleep stages, overnight recovery trends and daily stress.
As expected, the watch taps directly into the Coros training ecosystem for training plans and recovery insights, whilst automatically syncing your activity files to third-party platforms like Strava, Nike Run Club and TrainingPeaks.
Out of the box, the Coros Pace 4 Pro comes with a nylon strap attached to the watch, a compact charging adaptor, a grey silicone keychain case for the adaptor, a strap installation guide card, safety documentation, promotional cards and a Coros logo sticker.
