Instead of viewing a static snapshot, consumers can track monthly score shifts to pinpoint exact factors influencing their rating up or down.
Peer score benchmarking and dark web fraud alerts
A key highlight of the updated platform is peer benchmarking, which offers users immediate context on where their credit score sits compared to others of similar age or nationality.
To protect against identity theft, the app integrates CTOS SecureID.
This feature continuously monitors potential dark web exposure and sends instant alerts regarding new credit applications, credit limit adjustments, and address changes so users can act before fraud causes damage.
Business credit reports and financial product matching
Beyond individual credit management, the app expands into business intelligence by offering background checks on registered Malaysian companies.
Users can request concise overviews or comprehensive reports covering financial statements, director details, shareholder records, and litigation history before signing contracts or entering partnerships.
Additionally, the CTOS CreditFinder tool lets users compare credit cards and loans across various financial institutions by laying out fees, interest rates, and benefits side by side.
