Samsung Malaysia is offering a significant discount on the Galaxy Ring in conjunction with its Merdeka and Malaysia Day celebrations.
From now until 30 September 2026, the Samsung Galaxy Ring is offered with a 45% discount, bringing its price down from RM2,099 to RM1,154.45. That’s a saving of RM944.55.
If you’ve accumulated a large amount of Samsung Rewards Points, the Galaxy Ring can be yours for as little as RM11.55.
Samsung Galaxy Ring Malaysia Merdeka Sale
The Galaxy Ring was launched in Malaysia last year with a retail price of RM2,099. Under the current Merdeka promotion, Samsung is providing a RM944.55 rebate, which reduces the price to RM1,154.45.
The promotion runs until 30 September 2026 and is available while stocks last. You would also need to act fast as Samsung says limited Galaxy Ring sizes are available, so your preferred size may not necessarily be in stock.
On top of the 45% discount, Samsung Rewards members can pay less by redeeming their accumulated points to offset up to 99% of the remaining amount. The actual amount you can redeem depends on your available Samsung Rewards Points.
If you have enough points to offset the maximum 99% of the RM1,154.45 final discounted price (approximately RM1,142.90), this means you’ll only need to pay RM11.55 for the Galaxy Ring.
You can check your available Samsung Rewards Points by opening the Samsung Wallet app and heading to the Samsung Rewards section.

Samsung Galaxy Ring specs and features
The Samsung Galaxy Ring is essentially a fitness tracker that wraps around your finger. It measures 2.6mm thick and weighs between 2.3g and 3.3g depending on the ring size. In some ways, it functions as a discreet fitness tracker for those who prefer not to wear a smartwatch or a fitness band.
It comes in 9 sizes (Size 5-14) and it is offered in 3 premium finishes – Titanium Black, Titanium Silver and Titanium Gold.
Despite its compact size, the Galaxy Ring comes with an accelerometer, optical heart rate sensor and skin temperature sensor. Besides tracking your heart rate, it can also monitor blood oxygen levels.
One of the Galaxy Ring’s key features is sleep tracking, as its smaller and lighter form factor makes it less cumbersome to wear to bed compared to a smartwatch. Through the Samsung Health app, users can access sleep analysis and Sleep Coaching, while Snore Detection is also supported when paired with a compatible phone that’s plugged into a charger nearby.
Besides health and fitness tracking, the Galaxy Ring supports gesture controls. A double-pinch gesture using your ring-wearing finger and thumb can be used as a remote camera shutter or to dismiss an alarm.
Depending on the ring size, it comes with an 18mAh to 23.5mAh battery and Samsung rates it for up to seven days of battery life. The seven-day figure applies to the larger ring sizes, while users should expect at least four days of use on a single charge.
The Galaxy Ring comes with a transparent charging case that has its own 361mAh battery. According to Samsung, the Ring can be charged from 0 to 40% in 30 minutes, while a full charge takes up to 90 minutes.
Designed to be worn throughout the day, the Galaxy Ring has 10ATM and IP68-rated dust and water resistance, which means you can continue wearing it while showering or swimming.
The Galaxy Ring is compatible with Android devices, although some of its features work best when paired with a Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
