There are now more high-powered DC Chargers in Kota Bharu, with the latest EV Charger deployment by TNB Electron.
As we’ve seen lately, TNB Electron continues to deploy 240kW DC chargers within TNB’s own premises. Their latest EV charging location is at the Yard TNB Lundang, in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
In the usual tradition, EV users can enjoy complimentary EV charging during the testing phase from 24th to 25th December 2025.
For this new site, TNB Electron has deployed a TELD DC charging solution that is capable of pushing up to 240kW and there are a total of three CCS2 nozzles.
You don’t need to download any app to use these chargers. Just tap your credit and debit card at the centralised card payment terminal to start charging. These chargers are priced at RM1.50 per kWh.
The TNB Electron 240kW DC charger at Yard TNB Lundang is currently the fastest EV charger in Kota Bharu.
Besides this location, there are Gentari 180kW DC Chargers with two CCS2 nozzles deployed at Petronas Pasir Pekan and Petronas Padang Tembak.
