TNB Electron continues to deploy more EV charging infrastructure in underserved areas and the latest location is in Bagan Serai, Perak.
Not only this is the first EV charger in town but it is also the first DC charger along the Jalan Bagan Serai – Parit Buntar route.
As part of its opening promo, TNB Electron is offering complimentary EV charging as part of its testing period for a limited time.
TNB Electron has installed a TELD 240kW DC Charger solution with 3 bays located at Wisma TNB Bagan Serai. TNB Electron DC chargers like this one are typically priced at RM1.50 per kWh and you can activate them by tapping your credit and debit card at the JuiceUP card terminal.
This EV charging location will be open to the public starting 4th December 2025 and users can enjoy free EV charging from 8:00am on 4th December until 8:00pm on 5th December 2025.
We’ve been told that this location is available for charging 24/7. If the gates are closed, you can inform the guard to get access to the EV chargers.
