There are now more EV charge points at Sunway Pyramid as ChargeSini has deployed its new EV charging hub at the popular shopping mall.
This is the first ChargeSini site deployed under its joint venture with Meta Bright Group.
As you would expect from ChargeSini, the EV charging bays are equipped with parking barriers and there’s also idle fees to discourage hogging.
For this location, ChargeSini has deployed a total of 6x AC charge points located at Level CP4 of Sunway Pyramid, near pillar D4d.
Three of them (Bay 1 to 3) are 7kW AC charge points while the remaining three (Bay 4 to 6) are 22kW AC units.
In terms of pricing, these chargers are priced at RM1.09/kWh. You can reserve and activate the charge points via the ChargeSini app.
Take note there’s an idle fee of RM1 per 5 minutes if you do not move your vehicle 30 minutes after charging has stopped. Take note that the idle fee applies when the Chargesini station hits 50% capacity.
Besides ChargeSini, there are other EV charge points in Sunway Pyramid which includes 9x 7kW AC charge points by JomCharge at the B1 Preferred Parking and 2x 11kW AC charge points by Shell Recharge.
There’s also a Tesla Supercharge in front of Sunway Pyramid equipped with 4x DC charge points capable of up to 250kW.
