If you’re looking for a new MacBook, here’s a deal worth checking out. The Apple MacBook Air 13″ powered by Apple M2 is now going for less than RM3,000 in Malaysia.
If you don’t need the latest, this is quite a good option for those looking for an entry-level MacBook. It packs decent amount of performance and long battery life of up to 18 hours.
The Apple MacBook Air 13″ M2 can be yours for only RM2,899 on the official Apple Authorised Reseller store on Lazada. The MacBook is also offered with a 36-month instalment plan for RM80.53/month.
It is worth highlighting that this M2-powered MacBook Air 13″ is the upgraded configuration with 16GB of unified memory and 256GB of SSD storage. In October 2024, this same model was going for RM4,499.
To recap, the MacBook Air 13″ M2 was originally launched in 2022 and it features a 13.6″ Liquid Retina Display (2560×1664 pixels) and M2 chip with 8-core CPU and 8-core GPU. It gets a 1080p FaceTime HD camera, Touch ID, MagSafe 3 charging port along with two Thunderbolt/ USB 4 ports.
It comes with a four-speaker sound system, three-mic array and it also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack. The MacBook Air comes with a 30W USB-C Power Adapter and its 52.6Wh battery is rated to last up to 15 hours of wireless web usage and up to 18 hours of Apple TV app movie playback.
