Claimed to be the first airport shopping mall in the country, Gentari has deployed 12 AC chargers at Gateway@KLIA2. All of them are located on the CP3 floor of the mall’s Block A car park.

Interestingly enough, only 3 of them are 22kW AC chargers, while the remaining 9 AC chargers are set to 7kW. Worry not; each one is labelled accordingly.

In terms of pricing, the charging fee for the 22kW chargers is RM0.18 per minute, which is equivalent to RM15 per hour. On the other hand, the charging fee for the 7kW chargers is slightly lower at RM0.13 per minute or RM9 per hour, and regardless of the charger that you prefer, there is no overstay fee at Gateway@KLIA2.

Moving on to the southern part of the country, the setup at Senai Airport also features a mix of 7kW and 22kW AC chargers. All of these chargers are located just across the airport’s main entrance.

Price-wise, the charging fee for the three 7kW AC chargers is RM0.15 per minute, which is equivalent to RM9 per hour. If you opt for any of two 22kW AC charger, they are priced at RM0.25 per minute or RM15 per hour.

Similar to KLIA2, there is no overstay fee for Senai Airport. Just that you have to be wary of the bollards that are located next to these chargers so that they will not cause damage to your doors.
