If you’re thinking of getting a large screen foldable, Honor Malaysia has slashed the pricing for its Magic V3. Launched in Malaysia back in September last year, the Honor Magic V3 was the thinnest foldable smartphone measuring at 9.2mm thin when folded and 4.35mm when unfolded.
Ahead of the Hari Raya holidays, the Honor Magic V3 can be yours for less than RM6,000.
Honor Magic V3 new reduced pricing in Malaysia
The Honor Magic V3 which comes with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is now slashed from RM6,999 to RM5,999. The new reduced pricing is effective today and you can place your order from the official Honor online store on Lazada and Shopee.
The foldable device comes in 3 colour options – Mossy Green, Silk Brown and Classic Black. According to the listing, customers will get a free 365-day screen protection worth RM1,599.
Both eCommerce platforms also offer 0% interest instalment programs of up to 36 months, with monthly repayments starting from RM166.64/month.
Honor Magic V3 Specs and Key Features
The Honor Magic V3 features a flexible 7.92″ 120Hz LTPO Full HD+ screen on the inside that pushes 2344×2156 pixels resolution and it boasts peak brightness of up to 1,800 nits. Meanwhile, the cover gets a 6.43″ 120Hz Full HD+ OLED display that pushes 2376×1060 pixels resolution and peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits.
Under the hood, the Magic V3 runs on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip that’s mated to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
In the camera department, the foldable device features a triple-camera setup which include a 50MP f/1.6 main camera, a 50MP f/3.0 periscope telephoto camera that can do 3.5x optical zoom and a 40MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera. For selfies, both inner and outer displays get a 20MP front camera.
The Honor Magic V3 also boasts IPX8 rated water resistance and it also comes with stereo speakers. Powering the device is a 5,150mAh battery and it supports 66W fast wired charging as well as 50W fast wireless charging.
