This post is brought to you by vivo.

vivo Malaysia has wrapped up 2024 on a high note, achieving an impressive 65% sales increase for its vivo X200 Series over its predecessor. This remarkable feat underscores vivo’s dominance in the smartphone industry and sets the tone for an innovation-driven 2025.

In 2024, vivo solidified its global leadership, maintaining its title as the number-one smartphone brand in China for the fourth straight year and securing a top-five position worldwide. According to vivo, the brand’s ascent in Malaysia’s premium smartphone market was fuelled by bold strategies and cutting-edge innovations.

A testament to its excellence, vivo Malaysia earned a Bronze award in the “Communication Devices” category at the prestigious 2024 Putra Aria Brand Awards. At the heart of vivo’s 2024 success is the X200 Series. With sales skyrocketing by 65% over its predecessor, this series has set a new benchmark for vivo’s premium smartphones.

Leading the charge is the vivo X200 Pro, which boasts a revolutionary 200MP ZEISS APO telephoto lens. Renowned tech influencer Mrwhosetheboss praised the camera for redefining smartphone photography, earning his highly coveted “2024 Best Smartphone Camera” accolade in his awards.

vivo also said it created strategic collaborations with seven major concerts, bringing the brand closer to the community, garnering over 15 million views and strengthening its cultural resonance in Malaysia.

As the calendar turns to 2025, vivo says it’s doubling down on its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and collaboration. The company aims to craft solutions that adapt to and enhance everyday life while embracing responsible practices to deliver lasting value for consumers, partners, and employees.

With these priorities, vivo could be poised to push the boundaries of mobile technology and deliver even greater value to its customers.
