Realme has debuted its latest flagship smartphone, the Realme GT 7 Pro in China, featuring Qualcomm’s latest flagship smartphone chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite.

Realme GT 7 Pro specs and features

In China, the Realme GT 7 Pro is offered in three colourways, namely orange, black, and white. It features a youthful look, featuring a glass front and an aluminium frame.

At the front of the Realme GT 7 Pro is a 6.78-inch Eco2 OLED Plus Full HD+ display, which the brand has co-developed with Samsung. Said to be the lowest power-consuming display in the industry, this panel pushes out 2780 x 1264 pixels and a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. It also has an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz. As mentioned above, the Realme GT 7 Pro sports the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and can be paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

On the imaging side of things, the Realme GT 7 Pro comes with a triple 50MP camera setup. This consists of a 50MP f/1.8 primary camera with a 1/1.56” Sony IMX906 sensor and OIS, a 50MP f/2.65 telephoto camera with a 1/1.95” Sony IMX882 and OIS, as well as an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide shooter with a 1/4” Sony IMX355 sensor.

For durability, the Realme GT 7 Pro is rated at IP68/69 for water and dust resistance, allowing it to be submerged in water for up to 2 meters. It’s also fitted with the world’s first underwater photography mode, where you can use it like an action camera.

Supplying power to the new Realme flagship is a 6,500mAh battery which can receive charge via 120W fast wired charging. This will allow the phone to be juiced up from 0 to 50% in 14 minutes while charging from flat to full can be done in around 37 minutes.

The Realme GT 7 Pro runs on Realme UI 6.0, built atop Android 15. It’s also packed with the brand’s Next AI suite, which brings AI features such as Sketch to Image, Motion Deblur, and AI Snap Mode.
