With the renaming of Bard to Gemini, Google also updated its Google One subscription plans to include Gemini Advanced AI. Customers looking to create content with Google’s AI can subscribe to the plan from today.
The Google One subscription page for Malaysia now shows that the premium plan comes with Gemini Advanced. Included in the plan are all of the features that you get with a Google One Premium subscription, with the addition of Gemini Advanced.
Here are some of the items included in the subscription plan:
- 2TB storage
- Storage sharing up to 5 people
- Additional Google Photo editing tools
- Premium features on Google Workspace
- Upcoming Google Gemini integration with Goole Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slides and Meet)
- Enhanced features in Google Calendar
Other premium-only features include direct access to Google experts for troubleshooting, Google Play credits and more. Users will get a two-month free trial before being charged for the third month. Interestingly, Gemini Advanced is only available for the monthly subscription plans, not the annual plan.
As mentioned, Google’s Gemini Advanced uses the latest large language model Ultra 1.0 from the giant search engine company.
Google said Gemini Advanced is more capable in tasks such as coding, logical reasoning, following nuanced instructions and collaborating on creative projects. It also can understand context better following previous prompts to deliver better results.
