Last year saw Acer revamp their naming scheme, replacing the ever popular Swift 3 with the new Swift Go 14. We quite liked that laptop actually when we reviewed it, and Acer has now refreshed it in Malaysia with a newer version this time powered by Intel’s new processors.

You’ll be able to find the Swift Go 14 on sale at all authorised Acer retailers nationwide, with two different configurations available:
- Acer Swift Go 14, Intel Core Ultra 5 125H, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD – RM3,599
- Acer Swift Go 14, Intel Core Ultra 7 155H, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD – RM4,299

As the number at the end of its name suggests, the Acer Swift Go 14 comes with a 14-inch, IPS display rather than the OLED panel found on the North American spec. This 14-inch panel is at least a taller 16:10 aspect ratio for more screen real estate, pushing a 1920 x 1200p resolution, full coverage of the sRGB colour gamut and a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Swift Go 14 comes with your choice of an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H or an Intel Core Ultra 155H, both of which comes with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 512GB SSD on the former and a 1TB SSD on the latter. For graphics meanwhile you get the integrated Intel Arc graphics found on these new Meteor Lake processors, along with the Intel AI Boost NPU for AI-related workloads. It also comes with Windows 11 Home preloaded.
Elsewhere, the Swift Go 14 features an OceanGlass touchpad, a 1440p webcam, a 65Wh battery that Acer rates as good for up to 13 hours of use, as well as a fingerprint reader for biometric security. You’ll also find two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, a HDMI port and support for WiFi 6 wireless connectivity. The entire laptop weighs just 1.32kg, and measures a mere 14.9mm thick.
